Our engineering team has been working hard over the past several months to provide Learn to Win Platform One with many new updates and enhancements. Below is a summary of the major changes.
Major Feature Updates
Bulk Publishing: Now, you have the ability to edit visibility at the package level as well as the lesson/quiz level. Additionally, you can add users and user groups to content at the folder and package level. This saves multiple steps and clicks to get your content shared with users!
Learner Activity Tracking: In User Management, we have added a “Last Active” column to help you keep track of who is active in Learn to Win and when. This data will start tracking from February of this year.
Improved Filtering: In our analytics views, there are now more options for filtering in Quiz Results and Lesson Progress,. The “Users Completed” metric will now reflect the progress of the group(s) selected, giving Instructors a quick at-a-glance view of the group(s) progress. The “Progress” modal will now list users in the selected group(s).
CSV Roster Import Updates: Now, you can upload 1,000+ members at once! If you are updating user groups to already existing users, you can add them in your CSV roster and their user group will be updated while keeping them in their existing groups as well. Now, instead of having multiple clicks from the roster import to the time the users are added, you now have one click. Simply upload the roster, and click ‘Add’. Analysts are unable to add members through a CSV Roster Import, but they do have the ability to manually add users individually on the ‘Add Members’ page.
Additional Backend Improvements and Interface Changes
There have also been numerous backend improvements and minor interface changes, including but not limited to the following.
- Now, on the learner side, users can see how many lessons and quizzes are in each package for completion.
- When creating content for the first time, easily exit the tour at any time in the bottom right-hand corner.
- When exporting the Leaderboard, you will now see additional fields, including email.
