Change in Platform Access
Learn to Win transitioned the way we are hosted on Platform One. On Sept 26 2023, we began leveraging Second Front (2F) for hosting service. Please note that while you will use your same Platform One account to login, the URL for platform access changed.

Action Required for External Network Access
As part of the transition, a small adjustment is necessary for those who access Learn to Win outside of a NIPR network to ensure safe and secure access to Learn to Win. You must install the Appgate application, a Department of Defense (DoD)-approved authentication service that ensures secure access to DoD networks and their associated data.
Appgate needs to be setup on every non-NIPR device accessed. When a session expires, you will need to reauthenticate, so it is recommended to bookmark the link below to access the code mentioned in step 5.

If you do not have Appgate installed and running when you attempt to access Learn to Win on an external network, you will receive a "This site can't be reached" message like the one below.
